Program Benefits

These are some of the benefits that you could get by hosting AAG H-2B Workers!

Experience and Success
In 2008, 99% of the H-2B positions for which we sought labor certification from the United States Department of Labor were approved. AAG has over 10 years of experience of successfully assisting in the labor certification for about 10,000 positions!

In-House Attorney
AAG works with an experienced, in-house attorney to prepare your H-2B documentation and serves as the point of contact for various government agencies. The benefits of using an attorney to assist in the H-2B Program are not only the professional assistance with the paperwork process, but also confidence that the process will be handled correctly. You will also have the assurance that the individuals working at your company are in the United States legally.

Save on Training & Retention Costs
Turnover can cost companies at least an additional 15 ~ 20% of the salary of the lost employee in order to hire and train a replacement. In some cases, the estimated turnover/training costs for an entry level employee can cost up to $9,000 per employee. H-2B workers can save you time and money on training and retention of staff, especially during your busy seasonal and peak periods of the year.

Network of ‘Cap’ Exempt Participants
AAG maintains a large network of cap exempt H-2B participants. For the past few years, AAG has been developing a network of H-2B visa holders who can extend their visas for up to three consecutive years without leaving the U.S. This allows employers to retain and build an experienced international workforce. We work closely with these in-country workers and their employers to help them stay in the U.S. legally by extending their H-2B visa to other employers in “opposite” seasons or peak-periods of need.

World Class Service
Our staff takes pride in the work that we do. We provide world class customer service to both our employers and our participants. The benefits of working with AAG include not only AAG’s in-depth knowledge of the process, but also the confidence that we provide you with the best quality participants and services the industry has to offer.
