AAG strives to find teachers that are able to flourish in an American classroom setting and exceed all expectations. We will discuss your school's needs, including the number of teachers you are looking for, the subjects of most need, and the backgrounds of the teachers you would like.
Step 2: Recruitment Process
AAG’s selection process is comprehensive and detailed in order to ensure that both the international teacher and the school are able to achieve success. We know how important teachers are to the success and development of a student, so every prospective teacher is evaluated in detail.

Step 3: Once we have matched the teacher to your school, the support process really begins! We will work with you and your state officials to obtain the appropriate credentialing for the teacher. We will help orient the teacher before they come, help them get their visa and make all flight arrangements to get them to your school. Our Support Team will help them get settled and support them throughout the time they are in the United States. We are invested in the success of the teacher in your school!
